I actually received the exact same email from Totally Gifts. I replied to it saying I had a couple of sites in development, whilst also mentioned that the language was unnecessarily aggressive. It puts me off promoting them and really is poor from Totally Gifts, especially given that they are nowhere near one of the leading gift merchants. They should be getting in touch asking how they can help, maybe offering an exclusive voucher code or incentive.
